Estonia and Latvia - Riga

Latvia has had a troubled past and you can feel it has not recovered from that. Who can blame them. It was only in 1949 that 42000 Latvians were rounded up and deported to Siberia by the Soviet government. Many Latvians still live in depressing Soviet era apartment blocks.
